I truly hope you are finding healthy ways to cope with the challenges presented during these energy shifts on Earth. It continues to be critical that we devote time and energy to care for ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually, to better care for our family and our community.
As you might know, since March I have been seeing clients for in-person sessions. I have been quite busy and am very happy to return doing what I love. Doing what I love involves sharing with you, all that I have learned and continue to learn over the years: ancient wisdom in Energy Medicine.
The acceptance of what is happening in the world around us will require from ourselves great strength and resilience, so we can imprint that in our energy field. We are energy beings, and our vibration greatly affects those around us.
Starting in September I will see clients only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be days saved for classes, workshops, guided meditation, and sound baths. If you want to schedule your regular sessions, make sure to send me a message in advance as short notice requests will be difficult to accommodate.
I am glad to share that our studio will soon be carrying books and other items for sale, for the physical, spiritual, and emotional enrichment of our community.
September 7th will be our first gathering for a guided meditation for healing, and sound bath. There will be a limit of 6 people during the session, so if you would like to save your spot, please send me a message. It will be at 5:30 pm and would last about 45 mins.
There is much coming at the studion in the next few months, regardless of what is happening in the world outside, we will always find a way to connect with our community, and diligently share old and new techniques for your Healing Tool Box.
Today I will share with you a healing technique to open energy blockages in your head and torso. It will also help to relieve headaches, neck and shoulder pain: Use either hand to massage the area on both sides of C7 (Cervical vertebrae 7), which is the protruding bone toward the top of your spine at the height of the top of your shoulders. Squeeze the skin and hold it tightly for 3 seconds. Release the muscle and then hold it tightly again for 3 seconds and let go. Repeat the squeeze and release 9 times.
“C7 is one of the most important energy points in your body. It connects your head and your torso and it is often the first area where energy flow gets constricted.” Master Chunyi Lin
Hope this message finds you well and in good health- physically, mentally and spiritually.
It has been a while since my last message to you as life keeps happening with great intensity for many of us. As some of you know I have reopened the studio for in-person individual sessions. I am contemplating the possibility of soon reopening for in-person classes and workshops.
Today I will share again a post I wrote 8 years ago and it seems to be very important in today’s world and at every step of the way in our lives:
All of us have heard numerous times the importance of taking care of our bodies and minds so we can live a healthier and longer life. Why is it so hard to get started?
Maybe because the habits that we have created for so long, sometimes even from childhood, are so ingrained in us and seem incredibly difficult to change. The overwhelming thought of change repeatedly keeps us stuck where we are, added to the excuses for them.
What if…we took baby steps while being loving to ourselves?
Today we can decide to drink one more glass of water, or instead of having a cup of coffee midday, eat a handful of almonds and a piece of fruit for an energy boost. Or take a vow of silence one night a week when all electronics are turned off and put away. How about starting a 10 min walk around the block after dinner? How about mindful breathing?
In truth, the changes we can make to a healthier life will be guided by our internal settings that tell us on a regular basis exactly what we need. If we keep the automatic pilot off and stop accepting to live life like robots, with no sense of where we are, why we are there and where we are aiming to be, we will be able to touch the wise being that lives within us all.
Questioning habits and the role they play in our well-being is a wonderful way to start change for the better in our personal, familial and social lives. Integrating body, mind, and spirit is critical in this quest, especially because we have human bodies that feel to the core the physical and emotional pain as well as the mental tribulation.
A phoenix comes to new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor.
The phoenix is a symbol of rebirth, strength, hope, renewal, and progress…all possible to achieve when we look within and decide to transform ourselves into a better version of ourselves.
Art by Gabriel Strafacce (aka my son)
While it is easy for others to tell us what to do, it will be amazingly more powerful to silence all the noise and opinions from the world outside and calibrate our inner compass to this immensely abundant universe that lights up the path to follow…if we open our EYE. ☺
To schedule a session with me please send me a text or give me a call. I am not currently using Schedulicity for that purpose.
I am now allowed to reopen the studio for in-person sessions without medical or chiropractor referral. It is easy-open, which means I will give a good amount of time between clients to sanitize the room and equipments. The number of clients that I will see during the week is also reduced for the time being.
I am excited to be able to work with you in person again!
Once you schedule your session directly with me (805)-728-5573, I will confirm your appointment the day before and ask you the same questions (Covid questions) as if you were going to the doctor’s office. Rest assured that I will answer the same questions for your peace of mind. The responsibility lies with both ends.
Sessions are 60 mins long (investment in your health $110) or 90 mins (investment in your health $143) only, no 120 mins sessions are offered at this time. The payments accepted at the moment are cash or Venmo.
I am super excited to introduce you to the newest treatment at the studio: SHIRODHARA. Send me a message for more information or schedule your session.
Shirodhara (shiro-dar-a)-( shira = head and dhara = flow) is a unique, blissful Ayurvedic therapy that balances and stabilizes the mind. To receive Shirodhara, the client lies down on the massage table with their eyes covered. Next, specially prepared warm herbal oil (Shirodhara oils contain herbs such as ashwagandha, brahmi/gotu kola, and bhringaraj; Banyan’s Shirodhara Oil -the one I use at the sessions is a nice blend of these herbs and also includes shatavari and skullcap) is poured in a thin steady stream directly onto the forehead and sixth chakra. The purpose of shirodhara is to calm the nervous system.
To maintain the sense of peace, avoid electronics for at least three hours after your treatment. If you can wait, wash your hair the next day, making sure you cover your pillow with a towel before you go to bed. When you do wash your hair, apply shampoo to your oily head before wetting it, working it thoroughly in. You may need to reapply shampoo a number of times before the oil is completely removed.
Shirodhara can also awaken the third eye, release old memories, and bring deep inner focus. Like most Ayurvedic treatments, Shirodhara is designed to reset the body’s natural healing mechanisms. People often say that they feel as if they are in a waking meditative state, the effects of which can continue for weeks.
I continue to offer Qigong classes, Guided Meditation for Grounding, Finding the Magic Within (mindfulness and meditation for children) and TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique- to release trauma and reduce stress). The TAT group meets every Friday at 6:30 pm and the meeting lasts about 45 mins.
If you would like to participate in classes please, send me a message and I will send you the zoom link. There will be Webinars coming up (hopefully starting at the end of March) for opening up meridians, chakras and learning energy techniques to release stress and specific symptoms, stay tuned!
As we clinked our glasses (filled with sparkling pear juice) at the cusp of 2020 to 2021, I couldn’t think of anything else to say to our children (my husband already made the same choice) “Let’s choose to be happy this year!”.
It might be hard to think “how to be happy?” when many are still facing great challenges in their personal and professional lives. I still believe in the world of possibilities (infinite ones!). I remember sharing with you years ago my experience during times of great trials in my life. It was about 11 years ago when I was going through a divorce and facing the challenges of raising three children (two dogs 😉 ) alone. My whole family lives in Brazil and my children’s dad decided to move back there as well. Dealing with the challenges of financial struggle, mental health and substance abuse with one of my children, learning disabilities with another. The world of “appearances” was falling apart, but my commitment to my practices was steady and determined (the lives of my children and my own depended on that). During one of my yoga and meditation practices with my community, all of a sudden my heart swelled with joy and happiness. I smiled, I laughed and at that very moment, I knew that anything was possible! And it was! I am writing you this message today to let you know that while we have a heartbeat, there is much we can do. Even if the outcome might not be as we wanted it to be, there are great lessons in store for our souls. We just need to embrace them and not fight with them.
Pema Chodron (Comfortable with Uncertainty) wrote “A teacher once told me that if I wanted lasting happiness the only way to get it was to step out of my cocoon. When I asked her how to bring happiness to others she said, “Same instructions.”… We can do these practices in three simple steps, using the words from the traditional Four Limitless Ones chant or whatever makes sense to us. “May I enjoy loving-kindness.”. Then we include a loved one in the aspiration: “May you enjoy loving-kindness.”. We then extend our wish to all sentient beings: “May all beings enjoy loving-kindness.”. Or for compassion: “May I be free from suffering and the root of suffering.” “May all beings be free of suffering and the root of suffering.” (…) This is what it takes to become involved with the sorrows of the world, to extend loving-kindness and compassion, joy and equanimity to everyone-no exceptions.”
The year 2021 offers us a great opportunity to take inventory of our lives, and lovingly and gently replace old and not so good habits with healthier ones. We all need the community to uplift us, to listen to us, to be the shoulder when we simply need to cry (even if nowadays we might need to lean on virtual shoulders-there is no barrier for energy. As we practice sensing and moving energy, we can feel the warmth and peace from one another).
One day at a time. Consistency is the key. Knowing that the power that lies within us can move “mountains”, we understand that we are truly the healers, the makers of happiness, the producers of joy and contentment, and as Ram Dass said: “We’re all just walking each other home.” So let’s be happy together! And when the uncertainty of life touches us with pain and sorrow, let’s love each other and hold each other up high.
This year of 2020 will undoubtedly be remembered as one of the most challenging years for humankind in the modern era. A year when humans had to stop, rethink their way of living, their way of treating each other, their way of treating themselves, their way of treating the Earth. Some of us pondered, for the very first time, about unhealthy patterns in families, in communities, in societies, in countries. Wounds became more apparent and truly painful for many. There is a great read about that “Feelings buried alive never die…” by Karol K. Truman. And for so many of us on Earth the grief and sorrow have been really profound.
“…when you change your life, it isn’t to become the new you. It’s to become the real you- the one-of-a-kind diamond that will never exist again and can never be replaced. Everything that’s happened to you-all the choices you’ve made until now, all the ways you’ve tried to cope-it all matters; it’s all useful. You don’t have to throw everything out and start from scratch. Whatever you’ve done, it’s brought you this far, to this moment. The ultimate key to freedom is to keep becoming who you truly are.” The Gift -12 Lessons to Save Your Life, by Edith Eger (a holocaust survivor).
The Age of Aquarius has begun! Let’s make 2021 the year we truly embrace with courage, determination, and strength all the challenges that may come our way! Let’s spread unconditional love and heal!
May the challenges be few, may our courage be as strong as never before, and may we keep reaching out to the tools from our toolbox: Qigong, meditation, prayer, mindful breathing, walking in nature, yoga, eating healthy, volunteering (whenever possible), TAT, and keep strengthening our inner energy.
I intend to be more present within our community offering more online classes, sound baths (I have the studio better equipped with professional microphones, lights, and incredible new crystal singing bowls that can make you transcend this world!) and private online sessions for Qigong healing and TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) and when we have the ok from the state to reopen to offer energy massages again, I will! There were a few detours this year to care for the family, so it wasn’t possible to keep our practice consistent.
For those that have young kids or even teens that are interested in learning easy ways to get into meditation practices, and have better coping mechanisms, please get in touch with me. I have been offering a Mindfulness and Meditation class for kids (6-10 years old)-Finding the Magic Within- Tuesdays at 4 pm (Pacific Time).
I wish lots of love, peace and happiness to you and your loved ones.
This past Friday Governor Gavin Newson announced that massage is now allowed to occur indoors with modifications in EVERY county in California!
I am looking forward to a safe, easy and mindful return next week (1st week of November).
I intend to work with you, respecting the new guidelines and protocols for everybody’s safety. At the beginning of November I will take just a few clients per week (no more than 2/day and will be open 3 days/week).
While I still use Schedulicity to schedule sessions, I will ask you to communicate with me directly on my cell (805)728-5573 to schedule your appointment. The sessions will be no longer than 90mins and I will need to do an intake over the phone the day before your session is scheduled. After 7 months of having my practice completely closed and being able to open slowly now, all the sessions will have an increase of 10% in its value. Payments, for now, will be only taken in cash or Venmo. I appreciate your understanding during this time and I promise you: our exchange of energies will be worth it!
During this pandemic, I was incredibly blessed to have completed my certification in Advanced Qigong Healing (Spring Forest QiGong) and TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) both absolutely powerful for energy healing, healing past and current traumas, soul retrieval, and a general well being and balanced flow of energy.
My new training will allow me to offer you healing sessions without touch and with immediate results in the flow of energy. Believe me, it is true! I am not the doer, I am the vessel.
For those of you that are struggling with anxiety, insomnia, uncontrollable fear, anger, or anything resulting from trauma or from the current situation in the world, these healings are for you! If you don’t feel comfortable yet to receive a massage, these healings are for you! If you just would like to feel your energy more balanced to experience better health, these healings are also for you!
My Qigong Classes (virtual, via zoom) and Sound Baths should also return next week. The children’s classes continue on Tuesdays at 4:00 pm and Thursdays at 4:30 pm (Finding the Magic Within- children 6-10yrs old), you can contact me directly for more info and to register.
I will do my best to add to my website all these new classes, appointments, and added healing sessions soon.
There will be more communication this week, but I wanted to make sure of the announcement of the reopening of Corpo e Alma Healing.
Hope you and your loved ones are doing well during these challenging times.
What a roller coaster of emotions many of us are going through right now! I certainly can speak for myself. So many intense inputs from the world outside that we have no control over. However, we do have the power to calm our nervous system and plug in to Source.
I apologize for the lack of communication with you in the past weeks. As life happens, sometimes we need a pause–a break to deal with our own grief, so we don’t break.
I wanted to share what is going on around here and to make sure we keep in touch.
On the 5th of April we had to say goodbye to one of our dogs, our beloved Ziggy. Ziggy was our beautiful Wheaten Terrier that had been part of the family for 13 1/2 years. He was my loyal (sometimes obsessive)–and loud :)–companion. He greeted me happily when I came home even when he could barely stand up. While we were preparing for the end of his life for a few months, the closeness that the past weeks brought us made it very difficult to say goodbye. Silence, tears, meditation, more tears, hugs, hot yogi tea and Qigong can be very strong allies when we deal with grief. That is what I found out during this past week.
Something my family has been working on for the past few weeks who am I kidding? just the adults!) is we have finally started our organic garden! We started a little audaciously by planting radish, lettuce, kale, parsley, basil and thyme. As first time gardeners, our appreciation for Mother Earth and farmers have multiplied by a thousand after we started caring for our “crop”. How blessed we are to live in California!
My husband Dave and I have been practicing Qigong every morning and a few evenings as well. Almost every night we have a Sound Bath in our living room (I brought home singing bowls and a gong from the studio). It is our way to cope. After all, having three teenage boys at home during this time it’s not always easy. My oldest son is quarantined with us, so he participates in some of the practices and the sound bath. One of our teenage boys joins us for the sound bath and Qigong practice once in a while. We have high hopes that everybody will join in one of these days (we do dream big 🙂 ).
Dave (a professional vegan chef and vegan product developer) and I have been cooking a lot lately. He is an amazing chef and we have been blessed when he “goes to town”, as he says, in the kitchen. He creates new dishes, dips, nutmilks, tofu and lots of delicious and healthy food. While we want to support local businesses and restaurants, using our resources have been incredibly important for our family. One amazing thing that I have noticed while putting the trash bin out today was that it was less than half full! That’s never happened before, especially with 6 people in the house. Using way fewer packaged foods has had a tremendous impact on our family’s carbon footprint!
Because most of my family lives in Brazil—and two nieces and a nephew live in Europe—we all started doing Zoom meetings with each other. It feels good to be able to connect with our loved ones, to know they are doing well and to feel their presence, even if only virtually.
I recently finished my training in Brain Education (currently working on the certification). This course will be a great resource for me to teach teens and children about brain integration, and coping with emotions and mindfulness. Some parts of it included in my energy healing training from several years ago, so I will be using new exercises to teach adults in my classes as well.
Please, feel free to send me an email to share how you are doing, how you are coping with this global crisis and how I can help you, even if remotely–with your training, with your spiritual practice, and with your continuous growth.
I miss seeing you, talking to you, growing with you, but know this time is much needed for Humanity and Earth to heal.
Much love to you, stay home (if possible for you). Be safe, be well, be strong!
P.S. Because our studio might be closed for a while, I am planning to offer Qigong and meditation classes online (via Zoom) and to offer healthy living info as well. Stay tuned for an official announcement!
I remember the very first time I felt the Qi(pronounced “chee”) between the palms of my hands. It was during an evaluation class for a particular yoga training when I lived in Colorado. I was guided by my yoga and energy healing instructor to a series of exercises, who told me to clap my hands, rub them together and with my eyes closed, to move my hands closer and apart, closer and apart without touching them. It was a WOW experience for me because I think it was the very first time in my life I understood the impermanence and malleability of energy (aka feelings, emotions, pain and circumstances). It was as simple as that.
The curiosity and awe of manipulating energy became a passion for me. It was through personal empiric “therapy” that I could testify that the world we live in is a fascinating and magical one, made with all sorts of energy: sticky, hard, gentle, light, fluid, heavy, cotton-like, cold, warm, colorful and whatever else our own senses can feel. Something that was not new at all to all the sages that have walked on this Earth in a physical form before us and tirelessly have been sharing such wisdom with all those ready to learn. Some of these sages no longer have a physical body and yet keep emanating their wisdom to us, when we tune in to the same frequency as the knowledge they want to convey.
What if at this challenging time on Earth we could learn to be deeply in touch with our own energy, moving it and strengthening so our physical bodies get stronger to ride the current storm.
The energies that live within and around us, the atoms that form a person or a particular object, plant, or animal have been around for thousands (maybe even millions) of years. In a constant dance, energies can express solidity (like in a chair, for example) or lightness and joy (for example, when babies are happy and giggling).
As we inhabit a human body on this earth it is critical we understand the equipment and its “commands”. The signals and commands our brain send to the rest of our body can determine the intensity of our reaction to life events and with that create an imprint on our energy field (remember, energy is within and in the aura around us).
During this time on Earth humanity is dealing with a pandemic. The coronavirus is affecting the lives of all human beings on the planet and each individual reaction to it shapes the waves and quality of energies for the self and all those around. The vibration of the matrix we are all connected to is currently being shaped by our emotions and vibration in reaction to this crisis. We have a tremendous opportunity in this moment to bring forth from within the best qualities innate to all human beings: unconditional love, compassion, care, altruism, kindness, generosity to one another and with that help raise the vibration in the matrix with more love, health, peace and abundance.
Of course, it would take a much lengthier article if we were to explain in detail how energy works (I recommend you check the work of Gregg Braden https://www.greggbraden.com and Bruce Lipton PhD https://www.brucelipton.com for more scientific and deeper explanation).
When we make the time to be observers of our own personal energy (we can use our emotional triggers to gauge), our thoughts and reactions to life’s events, then we can be active participants in moving and healing our energy.
“The moment a person chooses to move their own energy, they awaken the healer within them. Every cell in your body is energy. You are an energy being and you can transform your own energy.” Master Chunyi Lin (Spring Forest QiGong)
In Qigong practice we use movements of the body to move the internal Qi and with that improve our health and immunity.
Master Chunyi Lin (Spring Forest QiGong) suggests at this moment that we take 10 minutes a day to do 2 movements from the 5 Element Healing Movement. These particular movements activate and strengthen our immune system and the energies of the lung meridian.
If you are having a hard time centering your energy, a good mix of essential oils might help you feel more grounded: 2 drops of a carrier oil (jojoba, almond or fractionated coconut), 3 drops of lavender essential oil, 5 drops of grapefruit essential oil and 4 drops of cedar wood essential oil. Mix them in a bottle (preferably dark) and shake well. You can apply it on your chest and on the soles of your feet for a grounding and peaceful feeling.
At this moment our studio will be closed until it is safe again for our community to be close together and restart our routines.
Be safe, be well, be love.
Please, reach out if there is anything I can help you with.
I wish you and your family a peaceful holiday season!
May you all be blessed by the Divine light that lives inside and all around us.
I hope you can have a great time in the company of your family and loved ones. If it is a time when you feel lonely and not as cheerful and joyful, know that you are not alone. Reach out for help and remember the tools collected along your path that can help you uplift your mood at this time of the year: a walk in nature, some QiGong (playing with the energy ball and merging it into your heart is a great way to generate love and peace), yoga stretches (bow pose, tree pose, lifting up both legs against the wall are some examples) and meditation might bring you more peace and balance .
Essential oils are wonderful allies to uplift your mood if you feel that a boost is needed. Below are some diffuser blends that are good for this time of year. You can be creative and make your own mix, just remember to use caution if you intend to use oils directly on your skin.
3 drops of Frankincense + 2 drops of orange + 2 drops of Peppermint
3 drops of Eucalyptus + 2 drops of Peppermint + 2 drops of Rosemary
2019 has been a year of opportunities and expansion to my practice and I embraced it all. A small room practice became a studio, and together we can now offer so much more to our community. There were Qigong and meditation classes for adults and teens, Kundalini yoga workshops led by Petra, a very experienced yogi , Vinyasa flow yoga ( a unique class that added the angelic singing voice of opera singer, Allie, to the long and transcendental savasana) and we started showing documentaries at the studio. Of course, I kept my private sessions and continue to add new skills in energy and sound healing.
I appreciate your continuous support, trust in my work, and dedication to your own personal spiritual growth and healing path, whatever that might mean to you. Certainly together we magnify the good in each one of us. Every time one of us heals a particular area of our lives, our family heals, our community heals, together. While it can be confusing to understand the matrix of energy we all live in, as energy beings we can no longer deny the reality of vibration and its importance in our lives.
I will be sending out the new schedule for the month of January soon. The focus on the first month of the year will be Qigong, meditation classes, and sound healing. We will take a break from yoga classes at the beginning of the year and will resume classes in the spring.

*the awareness or perception of something by a person.
*the fact of awareness by the mind of itself and the world.

When I was very young, in Brazil, my childish perception of reality revolved only around my immediate needs and wants. I guess I was no different than any other human being, right?
I learned pretty quickly that life wasn’t easy for my family and in my country in general. However I remember holding on tight to our routines. I knew my father would be gone all day at work and my mother would take care of us at home. She would take us to school, feed us, discipline us by sharing my parent’s values. I felt rather “safe”.
Sometimes we would watch the news with our parents, maybe listen to their discussion of what was going on in politics (until I was 16 years old Brazil was under dictatorship ), other times we witnessed their distress and fears about money and the uncertainty of our living situation.
Dictatorship in Brazil: 1964-1985
(The military coup had the support and “help” from a powerful nation concerned about the spread of the communism regime that Fidel Castro had started in Cuba)
A time when Brazil experienced some economical growth while social disparity increased and the military and police specialized in torture and killing. Many artists were forced to live in exile if they wanted to live at all. Fear and repression were the main leading forces of the nation. Between the years 1980 and 1985 (last 5 years of the dictatorship regime) the yearly inflation varied between 110%-242% !
At that time I started to believe that miracles were real. FYI… I still do 😉
After all, the “multiplication” of food at our table and the joy of my mother to serve us and others were nothing, but miracles. My consciousness was being formed based on my reality (as it is for most of us) in the core of my family as well as the reality of the society I was living in.
During my childhood I thought everybody thought and felt like me. At one particular day, when I was 9 years old I arrived at my friend’s house to go to school together. When the door opened I saw my friend frantically trying to hide the pacifier that was in her mouth. I could feel her embarrassment so strongly in my body, as if I was her. All I wanted to do was to create a distraction so that feeling would go away, for her and for myself.
I was walking on Earth picking up feelings and emotions from almost anybody close to my physical body, something I learned later on during my Energy Healer training.
My perception of that reality transformed the chaos inside of me in episodes of severe anxiety and panic attacks. Thanks to the beliefs of my family, an alternative way of healing my affliction was always at hand.
My mother believed that if you weren’t sick because of a virus or bacteria, didn’t have any broken bone or other physical injury, there was a great possibility that there was a spiritual (energetic if you will) imbalance in your body. In that case only natural healers could help us.
Many times the healers very presence and intention rippled peace onto me “…we can raise people from one vibration to another that will momentarily relieve them of their misery.” (The Dayspring of Youth- by M), other times even a small prayer and ritual (for example taking a leaf from a plant and burying it into the soil, as a symbolic act to bury the fears that lived in my heart) did the trick.
As I grew older, life presented to me many moments of difficulties and seemingly invincible obstacles. My growing awareness of my reality (that changed quite a few times) helped to bring close to me people that had gone through similar experiences in life. Together we transformed those experiences into learned lessons. That is so important for our journey!
We are all, at this moment, on this planet transitioning levels of consciousness to higher realms, from the individual to the collective.
I hope most of us are capable to endure the rough path when it shows up for us and that we choose to keep growing despite the difficulties we might face.
Nurturing the body, mind and soul can help you tremendously during any challenge. Energy healing, meditation, sound & aromatherapy and massage might give you some breathing room so you can reconnect with the most Divine part of yourself.
The once “hidden’ tools of knowledge and wisdom from sages that came before us are now out there in the open ( if we dare to look for them), no more secrets. As long as we keep focusing on our personal healing more and distracting ourselves less with the bombardment of information (so many times distorted), electronic gadgets and consumerism, we can really be conscious of what is truly going on in Our Planet and contribute to the elevation of its vibration.
“This golden consciousness will then reveal to us our individual path and give us a period of rest, absolute in our own world and to all that is within it. Here we are given that peace and serenity called Nirvana by those Yogis who have breathed in its perfume. And we are greeted and recognized as those who have at last returned from a long pilgrimage of labor and experience.”
