"If you make sense of what happened to you and learn how to regulate yourself, you will have a very different outcome than somebody who had those terrible experiences but didn't do the work to learn how to make sense of their life and go and achieve freedom."

Earth Month

As we walk on this Earth now it is clear the awakening of more and more souls. It is frankly a beautiful thing to witness!

I would love for you to find two songs to listen to, and bathe yourself in the deep lyrics: Kiss the Earth (song by Ajeet) and Earth Prayer (song by Snatam Kaur).

Some of the flowers in my garden…Mother Earth is generous and beautiful

The peace we look for, pray for, and hope for on Earth, truly lives within each one of us. So, let’s continue on this spiritual path, arduous sometimes, yet the most rewarding path we can follow, in my opinion.

I am working on adding more videos on Patreon. Sharing with you the pearls of wisdom I have learned (and continue to learn) on this path. There is incredible wisdom coming from sages and healers that came before us, wanting the same for all: peace and happiness.

The shifts of energy on Earth are also reflections of our own inner changes of vibration. We couldn’t possibly sustain any longer so much toxicity and dense vibrations without being affected and pushed to work on change.

Our bodies hold imprints of trauma, from any given stage of our lives (it can even start from the womb), so we know what we call our “triggers”, are nothing more than the activation of imprints or residues of past traumas. Unfortunately, when we are in an activated mode, our limbic system (responsible for our emotions) becomes hijacked, and we are no longer capable to self regulate. Does it sound familiar to you? Or a friend or family member?

Many times we lack the inner resources to respond to a new trauma or stress because our nervous system is overwhelmed.

Awareness precedes change, and implementing new tools is critical to accomplish the rewiring of the brain and acclimating a new habit and healthier response to stress or trauma.

That’s why I love sharing with you so many techniques, exercises, meditations, sound baths and even telling you a bit of my own story, after all …that’s what brought me here today!

I want to share with you this great insight from Dr. Daniel Siegel- clinical professor of psychiatry at UCLA School of Medicine and author of “BECOME AWARE”, among many other books:

“It doesn’t matter what happened to you. It matters how YOU make sense of what happened to you, and the making sense processing involves coming to clarity in your own heart, in your own head, in your own gut.

If you make sense of what happened to you and learn how to regulate yourself, you will have a very different outcome than somebody who had those terrible experiences but didn’t do the work to learn how to make sense of their life and go and achieve freedom.”

Maybe this quote above wasn’t for you, maybe it will touch someone deeply in the heart and create a cascade of feelings such as hope, light and courage. After all, we never have to walk alone.

Mother Earth hold us tight and together for the healing of all.

We continue to hold the whole Earth in our prayers, especially those going through war and natural disasters.

We adjust our vibration, so we can work as tuning forks and help recalibrate the energy of the Earth.
