When we study our family tree we get the chance to notice patterns that have been repeating themselves for generations. Some patterns can be very interesting and a contribution to the family and society, others are very detrimental to our well-being, to the well-being of our family and it can ripple negatively to our society.

Gratitude when is practiced opens up the heart, connects us all more deeply, it expands our energy field. I believe in today’s digital world, is critical that we keep practices that protect the spiritual connection with one another.
Entrainment is the phenomenon in which vibrations are used to shift the vibrations of something else. With entrainment, the powerful vibrations of one object actually change the vibrations of another object, causing the second to lock in step or synchronize with the first one. This is exactly what we experience when we use the tuning forks or Singing Bowl on the physical body.
Forgiveness never meant condoning inappropriate, abusive, or hurtful actions of others towards us. It means finding ways to release from our physical body, energy body, and spiritual body the heaviness and burden caused by the pain.
The acceptance of what is happening in the world around us will require from ourselves great strength and resilience, so we can imprint that in our energy field. We are energy beings, and our vibration greatly affects those around us.
Questioning habits and the role they play in our well-being is a wonderful way to start change for the better in our personal, familial and social lives. Integrating body, mind, and spirit is critical in this quest, especially because we have human bodies that feel to the core the physical and emotional pain as well as the mental tribulation.
