Happy Thanksgiving!

Gratitude when is practiced opens up the heart, connects us all more deeply, it expands our energy field. I believe in today’s digital world, is critical that we keep practices that protect the spiritual connection with one another.

The Power of Sound

Entrainment is the phenomenon in which vibrations are used to shift the vibrations of something else. With entrainment, the powerful vibrations of one object actually change the vibrations of another object, causing the second to lock in step or synchronize with the first one. This is exactly what we experience when we use the tuning forks or Singing Bowl on the physical body.

Flexing the “Forgiveness Muscle”

Forgiveness never meant condoning inappropriate, abusive, or hurtful actions of others towards us. It means finding ways to release from our physical body, energy body, and spiritual body the heaviness and burden caused by the pain.

Calibrating Ourselves- Changing Old Habits

Questioning habits and the role they play in our well-being is a wonderful way to start change for the better in our personal, familial and social lives. Integrating body, mind, and spirit is critical in this quest, especially because we have human bodies that feel to the core the physical and emotional pain as well as the mental tribulation.

Come Practice Together!

That’s why when we join a practice group, there is a greater chance of us really “sticking” with the plan! We feel more inspired and pushed to give a little more of ourselves than if we were to get started alone. That happens because of the increased energy around intention in a group.

CLASSES & ONLINE SESSIONS

According to Tradicional Chinese Medicine, if there is a blockage in any energy channel of your body, this blockage can grow bigger and eventually make the body sick. “The physical body has intelligence for healing itself because it was designed that way. The 5 Element Healing Movements can activate this intelligence.” Master Chunyi Lin -founder of Spring Forest QiGong.
