Forgiveness never meant condoning inappropriate, abusive, or hurtful actions of others towards us. It means finding ways to release from our physical body, energy body, and spiritual body the heaviness and burden caused by the pain.
During one of my yoga and meditation practices with my community, all of a sudden my heart swelled with joy and happiness.
