This past week we tried the first tentative schedule for the month of January. I will keep it as it is for now and hope that more of you can join the classes! Please, reach out to me if you would like to join but you have a conflict in your schedule. I will do my best to accommodate new classes.
I intend, in the next few weeks, to add a class for healing and strengthening the liver and heart meridians. This is very important, especially nowadays, as the energies of the world outside are carried with anger, frustration and hatred. Energies that directly affect (the outside magnifies the inside) the liver and heart. Anger and hatred, if not addressed on an energetic level can truly cause havoc to the physical body.
According to Tradicional Chinese Medicine, if there is a blockage in any energy channel of your body, this blockage can grow bigger and eventually make the body sick. “The physical body has intelligence for healing itself because it was designed that way. The 5 Element Healing Movements can activate this intelligence.” Master Chunyi Lin -founder of Spring Forest QiGong.
Let’s keep taking care of ourselves at an energetic level, so our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies’ health can keep improving.
This past Friday I offered an introductory free session on TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) to release trauma, PTSD, and heavy emotions. I will keep offering this session throughout the month of January (Fridays @ 6:30 pm) and the fee will be $15/ session/per person. Also, I continue to offer individual virtual healing sessions (Qigong healing and other techniques might be used). Please, contact me if you want to get more info about it.
You can let me know via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or text (805-728-5573) if you would like to participate in the classes so I can send you the link to zoom.
“Energy moves in waves. Waves move in patterns. Patterns move in rhytms. The rhytms gave me a way to map the movements of my own psyche as well as the ever-changing state of the universe.” Gabrielle Roth ( Sweat your Prayers: Movement as Spiritual Practice)
Much love, and let’s keep moving and breathing consciously, praying and taking care of one another.
